Hi, Welcome to my website for Primal RD - my wellness and healthy aging coaching practice. I am a Registered Dietitian with 32 years of experience in hospital, homecare, private practice and most recently, long term care. I am passionate about helping those in the "prime of life" to live life with Zest, Health, Joy and Contentment. Aging does not have to be associated with declining abilities, foggy brains, aching joints or less joyful interactions with life. I am 57 years young, and I want to use my knowledge of nutrition and lifestyle choices to help others experience the vibrant energy and beaming good health that comes from optimal dietary choices, the ones that allow our bodies to express their best genetic potential.
