Supporting Evidence and Links for Low Carb/High Fat and Ketogenic Dietary Patterns
There is a growing body of evidence supporting the LCHF approach to nutrition as a healthy lifestyle, and effective therapeutic approach for addressing many of our chronic health conditions. There is also abundant support for use of a ketogenic diet as a powerful therapeutic tool for specific health goals, such as weight loss, reducing insulin resistance in Type 2 diabetes, reducing cardiovascular disease risk, and reducing inflammation throughout the body, which impacts us in myriad ways.
